Like most people, you want to own your own home. We are helping others like you get there with our no-obligation, no-baloney Home Buyer Workshop. Here's what a first-time home buyer said after attending a recent Home Buyer Workshop:
"Thanks for the info session, and it was our pleasure to participate in your class, and we found it very helpful. We’ve decided to have you as our real estate agent, and we would like to schedule an appointment with you to discuss our situation more in depth, we are available Monday through Friday after 5 PM and Saturday any time, please let us know at your earliest convenience." N&R, Kirkland
We're in an amazing Buyers' Market right now. There are lots of foreclosures and bank-owned homes, all priced below market. There are plenty of bargain-priced homes for sale. Interest rates are at historic lows. First-time home buyers can qualify for a $8000 tax credit for any home purchase that closes before May 1, 2010. Click Here for IRS details.
To find out how to take advantage of the really excellent opportunities, and to "stay in the know," sign up for our unique and informative Home Buyer Workshop. You can learn How to be a Savvy Home Buyer like many of our previous attendees.
You will learn how to figure out if now is the right time to buy for your personal situation, or if you should wait. Learn where to look for bargain homes, and how to negotiate a fantastic deal. Learn how you can convert the new $8000 tax credit into a cash refund on your tax return. Learn how to tell the difference between “foreclosure” and “bank-owned,” and which one of these approaches is probably a good deal and the other might be a costly nightmare.
Here's what the workshop covers:
1. What’s going on in the economy now, and why the news is so confusing
2. A professional overview of the real estate market in the Seattle area
3. Why you need an agent, what’s a Realtor, and what are their roles?
4. How to take advantage of foreclosures without losing your shirt
5. The steps all successful buyers go through to purchase a home
6. How to figure out how much house you can afford
7. What it means to get pre-approved, and how to do it the right way
8. How you can avoid common pitfalls in the home-buying process
9. We’ll hand out details on at least five homes for sale with photos
10. And finally, you’ll have the opportunity to ask your own real estate questions
