    Mary Buckmaster began her career as administrative assistant to the top business development executive in the Seattle Chamber of Commerce. She graduated from Seattle University and went on to become Assistant Vice President in charge of the Pension Department at Safeco Life Insurance Company, responsible for a staff of over 100. Later, she joined Rainier National Bank as Vice President of the Pension & Trust Division.

    In 1979, she earned her real estate license, joining RE/MAX Eastside Brokers in the 1990s. She is highly respected in the real estate field for her warmth, integrity and success helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. 

    Jerry Vice graduated from Portland State University in business and economics, starting his career with a Fortune 500 company where he worked his way up to general manager of the firm’s Far East operations based in Singapore. After twenty years with the company, he joined a Boeing spin-off in Seattle as National Sales Manager.

    Jerry’s lifelong interest in leadership and human behavior then led to a new career in executive coaching and business consulting specializing in leadership development, human behavior and motivation. Jerry is recognized for his professional focus on helping people succeed in reaching their life goals. It was great preparation for the real estate business!

    Mary and Jerry met in 2003, and within a few months, Jerry joined Mary in her real estate practice. They were married on Thanksgiving Day 2004, and now work together as a husband–wife team helping home buyers and sellers succeed with their residential real estate transactions on Seattle's Eastside. They are both members of the Sammamish Rotary Club.
